It is official, Favre mania has gone off of the deep end. The city that I reside in - Winona, MN -  recieved a little bit of national attention this week. Turns out that a repair shop found a purple and gold painted goat with a number four shaved into it side. I am not making this up and couldn’t even if I tried.
