Without know what’s available for a back-up QB or starting TE’s I’m not sure I can give you an accurate assessment. With that said…

It would be tough for me to trade Romo and I might try to use the waiver wire for a TE.

We don’t know for sure whether or not Romo will be sitting since there are quite a few games left and ya never know. if you think Palmer and Winslow can out perform Romo and another TE for the every other week before the last one then I say go for it.

Also, it seems like a fair deal to me overall but don’t forget you would be giving up the second highest scoring fantasy player in the world.
