Does LaDainian Tomlinson regret the Chargers decision to go with Rivers instead of Manning? I'd say absolutely not. Rivers QB Rating last year 92 - Manning 77. Both had great RBs and TEs to work with. Straight up, I'd rather have Rivers (22 TDs, 9 INTs in 2006) leading my NFL team over Eli (24 TDs, 18 INTs).
