Well I finally did it. I went and I got myself a subscription to Sirius radio. I couldn’t take it any longer and had to get my NFL fix any time my heart desired.
I did the free online trial about a month ago and it was pretty damn cool listening to NFL talk all day at work. You really get some insight which can translates well to your fantasy football success . Along with a developing a deeper feel for the game, you will get those nuggets of information that you just know the rest of your league may not get. You get that giddy-mad professor-I-know-something-nobody-else-does kind of feeling (enter evil laugh).
Sirius is free to try online and then after that it is twelve bucks a month, which isn’t bad when you consider all the other channels they have (I highly recommend Raw Dog, Outlaw Country and Hair Nation). And besides if your draft is coming up you might just hear that one piece of information that could give you an extra win or two. Here’s the link, go check it out now.
Free 3 Day Trial-Listen to SIRIUS’ 100% Commercial-Free Music Online
If you are wondering where I got all the fancy ads, it was over at Commission Junction. The Goat can pass some savings on to you and at the same time get a few bucks back from Sirius which I can use support my blogging habit.

1Good stuff! I would get Sirius, but my car came with XM radio built-in, which sucks because I want the NFL package. Lucky you!

2Hey Micheal,
I pretty much just listen online at work and home right now. Haven’t ordered a radio yet since I only drive about 5 blocks to my day job. I want to save up for one of the higher end “go anywhere” radios (I think its the Stiletto).

3I have to admit it is one of my favorite buys. I have had it for 2 years, totally worth the money. Specially the NFL network channel.
Welcome to Sirius.
